By using Simrova’s website and purchasing eSIM products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Service

Simrova resells eSIM data plans provided by eSIM Access. We deliver eSIM QR codes via email for use on compatible, unlocked devices. All plans are prepaid and non‑refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a plan. You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM‑compatible and unlocked. Check our Compatible Devices page before purchasing.

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Delivery and Activation

Your eSIM QR code is sent to the email you provide immediately after successful payment.

It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct.

The eSIM must be installed and activated according to the instructions provided. Your plan validity starts when your device first connects to a local network in the destination country, not from the time of purchase.

5. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

All “daily unlimited” plans include a high‑speed data allowance per day. After exceeding that allowance, speeds are reduced to 384 Kbps (sufficient for messaging, email, maps, and light browsing). The high‑speed allowance resets every 24 hours from first activation.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the eSIM for:

  • Illegal activities, including fraud or harassment.
  • Automated systems (e.g., server hosting, continuous data scraping).
  • Any activity that violates the acceptable use policies of underlying network providers.

Violation may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simrova is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the eSIM, including but not limited to loss of data, roaming charges from your home carrier, or device incompatibility. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the eSIM plan.

8. No Warranty

The eSIM service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or available in all locations. Network coverage depends on third‑party providers.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Simrova harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
