We want you to be completely happy with your Simrova eSIM. This policy explains when you can get a refund.
1. 7βDay MoneyβBack Guarantee for Unused eSIMs
If you have not installed or activated your eSIM (meaning you have not scanned the QR code and your device has not connected to a network), you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.
- We can verify usage status through our system.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
2. No Refunds for Used eSIMs
Once you scan the QR code and your device connects to a network, the eSIM is considered used. Used eSIMs cannot be refunded β even if you have unused data left.
3. Device Compatibility β Check Before You Buy
We provide a detailed list of compatible devices and a simple EID check (*#06#). Please verify compatibility before purchasing. If you buy an eSIM for an incompatible device, we cannot offer a refund.
4. Coverage and Network Performance
We partner with leading local networks to provide reliable coverage in 190+ countries. While we strive for the best experience, mobile networks can vary by location. If you believe we have materially misrepresented coverage (e.g., we claim a country is covered but it is not), please contact us and we will review your case fairly.
5. How to Request a Refund (Unused eSIM Only)
Email support@simrova.com within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your order number
- The email address used for purchase
- A simple note that you have not installed the eSIM
We will respond within 48 hours.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5β10 business days to your original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us first. We will always try to resolve it fairly. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in being blocked from future purchases.
